Workshop Printer Repairs
 | We operate a 'no fix, no fee' policy in the workshop. If we can't repair it you don't pay.
| All repairs are guaranteed for 90 days, labour and parts, should the problem return. New parts fitted are warranted for a year. |
| We don't give quotations for repairs, but we will offer you the opportunity to abort the repair if we think it is going to cost more than £85 +vat. That allows 11/2 hours of labour or 1 hour of labour and parts up to £30 +vat. If you do abort the repair, then there is just a £25 +vat inspection charge to pay. |
| Payment can be made by cheque or cash on completion. 30 day accounts are available to businesses subject to satisfactory credit references. |
| All equipment is given a thorough electrical safety check for your protection.

| Please ensure that you bring the printer complete with paper trays, ink or toner cartridges and ribbons. Power and signal cables are not required. |
On-site Printer Repairs
| Some minor repairs, cleaning and adjustments can be
completed on-site, but due to the mechanical complexity of modern printers, it is usually
necessary to collect printers for workshop attention.

| If the repair requires workshop attention, the cost of delivery after the repair is included in the initial hour labour charge.
